Simmons Genealogy Website Contributors

Researching a family history involves a lot of collaboration - inevitably as you connect with previously-unknown cousins and other relatives, you tend to pool together the information collected separately to literally 'compare notes' and increased the shared knowledge of each branch of the family. Since beginning my focused and committed research in 2004, I have come into contact with many cousins, friends and distant relatives. All have provided information, photos, documents and other records for me to add to my family tree at www.simmonsgenealogy.com.

In addition I have made many friends with other people researching the same surnames or whose families came from the same area, many of whom spent many hours away from their own research to help me find bits of helpful information, all of which helps to bring a better understanding of the lives and experiences of our ancestors.

The following is a list of those who have assisted me in my research. Some have provided full Gedcom files or pages of data about their branch of the family; some have provided copies of family photos to add; some have sent me images of certificates, letters and other documents; some have given me just a few details to add to the tree. All of these are equally welcome!

I'm happy to receive any information regarding individuals and families contained in my online database. Additions of new ancestors or new descendants keep our family lines expanding every day. And I always want to correct any inaccuracies which may creep into this database.
