Simmons Genealogy Website Awards
This page is dedicated to Website Awards that are received for the design and content of the Simmons and Related Families Histories website. As webmaster of this website it is with great pleasure and honor that I display each award graphics and very pleased for the recognition given by each award program.
I wish to extend my sincere thanks and graditude to the individual reviewers of each award
program for expending their valuable time to review my website, their time and efforts
expended are greatly appreciated!
The site evaluators of each award program have strict criteria that must be met to achieve
the various award levels. Some considerations are quality of web design, content,
presentation and accessibility. Indeed, a large number of applicants fail to meet this criteria.
Also, I am grateful to all those evaluators who withheld Awards while providing candid and
objective constructive criticism that help facilitate continuing improvements to this site.
It is very gratifying to be recognized for the time, effort, blood, sweat and tears
expended by myself and my contributors to produce this family history website.
I am always open to suggestions about presenting content and website design to better
share my family history with interested parties.
Genealogy is a never ending quest as well as website updates and maintenance.
However, I am committed to producing the best website that I am capable of delivering
and committed to presenting the most accurate data possible.

reviewed several genealogical websites and having one of my own, I was pleasantly impressed
and quickly delved into the family histories.
It is a site that any family historian would be proud of. Each family, while linked
genealogically, is given its own identity by use of a color designation.
This makes it easy for fellow researchers to view the areas of interest to them. The Simmons
and Related Families Histories site is well deserved of our MOON AWARD of Excellence.
Keep up the good work, Wayne. Though I have no connection to your families, I will be visiting

Congratulations!
I'm very pleased to announce, that your site "Simmons and Related Families Histories" is a
Gold Award winner of my "CLL Website Awards". Also, thank you very much for inviting me to
evaluate your excellent genealogical site of descendants of William Simmons and Betsey Ives
and the related families! The challenging content is very well organized including several
user-friendly features. Navigation is functional, relevant and exhaustive.
Pages are proper-sized with high consistency. Coding complies with W3C standards. Backgrounds,
fonts and graphics are well selected lending support to a harmonious whole.
In its entirety your site is very pleasant to visit.
BTW, Your excellent site is first (and probably the only) Gold Award winner of my AP this year!
