Welcome to the Beckett Family History pages of the Simmons & Related Families Histories website.
My Beckett family line begins with my mother Edna E. Beckett b. 1915 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois who married Willard L. Simmons b. 1910 in Boon, Wexford, Michigan.
Edna's parents are William N. Beckett b. 1882 in Robinson, Crawford, Illinois and Anna C. Borgwaldt b. 1884 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois. The Beckett line has been tracked back to my
3rd Great Grandfather Oliver Becket about 1787 to an area near Dublin, Ireland. The Borgwaldt family line has been tracked back to my Great Grandparents of Fred C. Borgwaldt b. 1860
in Germany and Hulda H. Eggert b. 1857 in Germany.
Other Beckett related lines include Rittersdorf, Schroeder, Zabroski and others. Your help is needed to collect and publish more details of these families.
Please join me in the search for missing links, photos, stories and other details to create a more complete picture of our common ancestors.
